Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Update
All of us at ESG hope you, your families and all your colleagues are safe and healthy during this very challenging situation.
ESG’s Mission is to Protect People, and right now this mission is more important than ever. At ESG, we recognize that many of our customers directly support the emergency services, as well as private and government agencies that are directly responsible for not only keeping us safe, but also for maintaining our national infrastructure.
We have therefore taken the decision that our EMEA production facilities will remain operational with a reduced number of operations colleagues at our facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic, until further notice.
At ESG, we are closely monitoring recommendations and advice from Governments across our region as well as the WHO to ensure the safety of our team members, their families, our customers and partners. Currently many functions at ESG are working remotely, but still committed to taking care of our customers. At the same time, we have implemented measures in our facilities across EMEA to keep any colleagues who remain in our facilities safe. Extra procedures for cleaning and hygiene have been taken, as well as measures, that allow our teams to practice “social distancing” while in the workplace.
To ensure continuity in our products, we are working with our suppliers to maintain a consistent flow of raw material and components. We will continue to work diligently to maintain the products needed by you, our customer, to serve these key support segments during this difficult time. Our dedicated teams will continue to work to service your needs.
Finally, we’d like to thank our heroes, the emergency, medical and essential services teams working to keep us safe during this difficult time, we are proud to support them, providing them with the safety and emergency systems which allow them to continue to operate safely and effectively.
