ECCO and Code 3 Announce Brand Architecture Restructure & Retirement of ECCO Safety Group (ESG)


ECCO and Code 3 today announced a strategic brand architecture restructure that retires ECCO Safety Group (ESG) and reinforces ECCO and Code 3 as standalone brands under Clarience Technologies.

This decision strengthens the distinct brand identities of ECCO and Code 3 while leveraging the scale and innovation of Clarience Technologies , a global leader in visibility, safety, and digital technology solutions. The move reflects a clear house of brands strategy, positioning ECCO and Code 3 as direct, customer-facing brands serving their respective markets with greater brand clarity and focus.

This transition has no impact on customers, products, operations, or partnerships. Customers will continue to work with the same teams and receive the same trusted safety, visibility, and warning solutions.

As part of the restructure, “ESG” will be removed from all external brand usage. Moving forward, communications will be led by ECCO and Code 3. All references to “ECCO Safety Group” will be updated across digital platforms, marketing materials, and LinkedIn.
